When you book your gym session for the first time let us no so we can be on hand to show you how everything works. We do your training programme and weigh and measure on your first visit and every 4 weeks After your induction you will  still need to book your gym sessions just like you would book in for a class this is so we always have enough space so the gym is never rammed full of people, trainers always available to help.

This 30 minute workout combines rebounders and kettlebells, a Total body workout that will get great results for all levels and abilities 

Bounce and burn is pretty much what it suggests bounce tracks on the rebounder using hand weights this is an interval class taken to banging music. Be motivated to achieve more than you thought you could even the rest intervals are active so lots of results this class like all classes is adaptable for all ages and abilities if your unsure as out rebounding ask for a little try before booking a class. Trust me once you start you won’t want to stop. 

This is a full 45 minutes  on the rebounder,  as with all classes it can be done at an intensity that is right for you. Banging tunes😊 wicked moves fun filled fitness will have you dripping in sweat and begging for more. ❤️

We all love old school aerobics set to a banging playlist this class has it all and is easily adapted for all abilities and ages, Aerobics  combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness)

Zumba Originals Zumba the Latin dance class my Zumba is aerobic style sweat laugh and have  the most fun you will have working out Susan Spinks trained as a Zumba licensed instructor (zin) in October 2009, the first in the area and very proud to be the original. So we have decided to bring you all the old original tracks included in memberships or  £4.50 pay as you go.

This is a little less cardio intense than regular zumba, we use the weighted toning sticks you will be doing moves that will work all your muscles, however you won’t notice it as you will be having too much fun. Smile sweat and do it for the muscle tone results you will ache in all the right places

Kettleblast is a 30 minute full body workout Kettlebells are versatile at helping you lose weight. Kettlebell workouts engage several muscles at a time. They activate more muscle groups than most traditional workouts. Hence, they simultaneously work your back, chest, core, thighs and arms.

Boxercise is a high intensity interval training class based on boxing training. It differs from boxing in that boxing is a competitive sport whereas Boxercise includes aspects of boxing training but not sparring or competitive bouts.

Kangoo is a great class using our kangoo boots booking is necessary, the boots have a weight limit  of 14 stone, However we can soon get you to the weight you need in the gym and other classes or you can invest in boots of your own that have a higher limit. Great music easy to follow moves 

Zumba World Party includes So many  different dance styles, including salsa, hip-hop, Tahitian, calypso, Bollywood, cumbia, reggaeton and Irish step. Low-, medium- and high-intensity routines lead by Georgia our zumba world instructor smile sing have fun and dance the calories away. £4.50 pay as you go free in all memberships.

Clubbercise® is a fun full body workout with a banging soundtrack that gets great results. One session burns around 600 calories. The routines combine dance, toning and combat moves with options to suit all fitness levels. Classes are held in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks.
