Group Personal Training

Group Personal Training these varied sessions take place  on the Gym Floor, they are  free in all memberships £3 pay as you go  this is a warrior workout tyre flips, battle ropes, sand bags, weights, kettlebells, body bars squat rack, trx  these workouts are adaptable for all abilities and fitness levels. Using the hitt principles of 50 seconds work 10 seconds rest 12 circuits done twice. We have changed ladies body shapes faster with these workouts  than any  other training so aim to do at least 2 sessions a week alongside your current training.
